Progress update

Frederick Street:

Units 831-839: 

The application of the 2^nd coat on the wood trim, fascia/barge boards, column etc. is in progress on the carports and at the north elevation.

Units 822-828: 

The 1^st coat on the wood trim boards, fascia/barge boards, columns etc. is now in progress at the east elevation. 

Units 812-818:

The application of the 1^st coat on the wood trim boards, fascia/barge boards, columns etc. is now in progress at the north and east elevations.

Williams Street:

Units 3352-3358:

The application of the 1^st coat on the wood trim boards, fascia/barge boards, columns in the carport etc. is now in progress at the south elevation. 

Units 3362-3368: 

The application of the 1^st coat on the wood siding and metal downpipes is now in progress at the south elevation. 

Units 3372-3378:

Mildew treatment and pressure washing are now in progress at the north and east elevations. 

Progress update as of August 5

Frederick Street:

Units 872-878: 

Building Substantially complete. Some touch up areas will be getting addressed.

Units 842-848: 

The application of the 2^nd coat on the wood trim boards and fascia boards is in progress at the east elevation.

Units 831-839: 

The application of the 1^st coat on the wood siding at the north elevation has been applied. 

Units 822-828: 

Prep work is near complete and 1st coat is being applied to the front of the building.

Units 812-818:

The 2^nd coat on the wood siding has been applied at the south and west elevations. 

Hendecourt Street:

Units 821-827: 

 The application of the 2^nd coat on the wood siding at the south and east elevations is in progress.

Williams Street:

Units 3352-3358: 

1st coat will begin on the trim boards by monday.
