Update

The weather has been pretty bad, but we have three buildings that are about 75% complete each. We have two more buildings that have been pressure washed. This weather is making the job much more obtrusive then it should be. I am sorry windows and items are covered for so long! As suggested by council, I will give a summary post on the order we will complete the project. Expect that on Monday morning. It will give you a basic idea when we will get to your home. Again, please wish for sun!!!!!!!!!!!

We are finally going to paint!

We are starting to paint today.

 We will also start washing 861, 863, 865, and 867 Frederick on Friday at 8:00AM. Notices were posted to unit doors yesterday morning to notify of this start.

The rain has been very challenging. I am sorry, there has not been very much notice, but I assure you it will get better!

More pressure washing.

We will start pressure washing 830, 832, 834, 836, and 838 Hendecourt, Thursday at 8:30AM. We will start pressure washing 861, 863, 865, and 867 Hendecourt on Friday at 8:00AM.
