Clarification of Road

We will start on the following units 852, 854, 856, and 858 Hendercourt Road and on 877, 875, 873, and 871 Hendercourt Road.

The beginning!

We will be starting to pressure wash on the first two buildings on Monday, May 2. We will be working on 852, 854, 856, and 858 and on 877, 875, 873, and 871 Hendercourt Road.
 

We expect the pressure washing to take 3 days.

We will be using a 15% bleach solution that will not be harmful to your plants.

We ask that you please close your windows during the pressure washing phase. We also request you remove all items from your deck and away from the exterior walls. All items that can’t be removed from the deck can be placed in the centre of the deck and covered to allow access to the exterior walls.

All Christmas lights and other items attached to the building must be removed to allow proper cleaning and painting.
