Process

I would like to restate the process as it has been a long time since we started the project.

The first step is to wash the building. Please keep your windows closed during this step. Tony, the inspector, then approves the wash job. We wait a couple of days to ensure the building dries out. The second step is to caulk and prime bare wood. Tony, then approves the preparation step. The third step is to mask windows for spaying. Tony inspects between each coat of paint. After two coats of paint have been applied the masking is taken down. The fourth step is to put to coats of paint on the facia and all trim, which Tony inspects between coats. Steps and decks are done last. Finally, a full inspection is done of the unit and deficiencies are completed.
